Bootcamps in Belfast
We run bootcamp fitness classes for all fitness levels, these classes offer some of the best training available and We will help you reach your realistic goals and targets! ......... with hard work and comittment you can lose weight,tone up and begin a great new healthy lifestyle. Bootcamps are located at 2 main areas within the Belfast area they run 3 days per week - Tues and Thurs 1900-2000 and Sat morning at 0930-1030.We run different types of physical training at every bootcamp session to work all main muscle groups! We like to make every class different and enjoyable.
